Hello! My name is Ben Buchnat and I currently work for the Cincinnati Bengals and reside in Covington, KY. I am originally from Glen Ellyn, IL outside of Chicago, and have spent time in Lubbock, TX, Baltimore, MD, Kansas City, MO, and Lincoln, NE.

Outside of sports, I like to listen to and perform music, host a podcast, play video games with my friends, run, watch Survivor with my girlfriend and go to music festivals.

My lastest musical obsession is the new album by Algernon Cadwallader called "Trying Not to Have a Thought."
